Pinque Peacock is PROUD to INTRODUCE A NEW PRODUCT that is
in the works at the Shop

FABRIC DIE CUT EMBELLISHMENTS

Fabric Die Cut Shapes with a Stiff Card Stock Backing to use
on your CRAFTY PROJECTS!

Aren't these the cutest embellishments? When Jessica sent me my DT pack I was so thrilled to have my hands on these new fabric dies. I had taken the month of August off  from the Pinque Peacock Design Team and it was a good thing I did. After a long and event filled Summer it was time to start on some Fall  projects. Among other things I make clothing for 18" dolls so this was perfect to add to her outfit. Next on the Runway is Mary in her Pirate themed outfit:

This fabric embellishment is so easy to work with and the possibilities are endless. See they are not only for cards or scrapbooks but also for cute clothing add-ons.

Here's what I did to make it work for for T-shirt material: first I removed the cardstock backing. I used the black as a template for cutting fusible interfacing to the back of the white polka dot fabric. After I  ironed it in place I did a quick zigzag around the edge. I have a brand new sewing machine that I am still working on mastering the sizes! (I am getting there, lo). Now it was time to dress her up.

I used some i-Rock metallics for the eyes and nose and a cute little hair bow. I am sure if you were using this for a child's shirt Jessica would be able to do these without the cardstock backing. These would be adorable with a fabric glitter glue around the edge if you do not sew. How awesome for a quick craft for your next Pirate themed party! T-shirts, embellishments, Glitter glue and bling=successful Party.

Well that's it for my project. I hope I have helped you get those creative ideas flowing using Pinque Peacock.new Fabric embellishments.

Oh Mary, I am teary eyed reading your post. I love that you went outside the realms of paper crafting (again ;) ) to show the possibilities with the Pinque Peacock products. This is so super darling and such a wonderful "out of the box" idea. Thank you for sharing your brilliance and talent on this team. I LOVE IT!

What a fantastic idea to use what most would consider just for scrapbooking pieces into a wonderful outfit for your dolls. I love the idea and this just show us all how versatile Pinque Peacock supplies really are.
